I’ve been working on this scene in spare time for last two months in order to get more familiar with Unreal Engine,
Most of assets use tileable textures, from textures.com, small props and roofing I textured in Substance Painter.
Leaves, grass and dirt decals come from megascans.
Materials are mostly very basic, just with tint and roughness scale parameters, pavement floor has vertex painting with height-map blending for puddles and moss.
