Hello.
I’m trying to render a car in Cycles, but when “building BVH” is over Blender is crashing with info:
“Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library”
This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way"
It’s not happens on every scenes that I’m rendering.
I don’t have very strong machine right now, so maybe this is the reason:
Windows 7 32B
Intel Core2 Quad 2,86GHz
4GB RAM
Radeon HD5450
Any ideas my dear friends?
Hi, with Win 32 bit an application get 2 GB Ram only, may you run out of memory.
The tires are often highpoly, disable them for rendering in outliner, try other objects.
Or set 1 in Scene > Simplify > Subsurf.
Cheers, mib.

Doesn’t blender give an error in the console window before crashing?

And which versions are these? I’ve read that you should try booting in safe mode.
