crash while rendering an animation in cycles and console mode

This is my first post in this forum. I don’t now if there is a place to say hello first.
I am having some error while rendering animation using cycles in console. The error is this:

CUDA error: Launch failed in cuCtxSynchronize()
CUDA error: Launch failed in cuModuleGetFunction(&cuPathTrace, cuModule, "kernel_cuda_path_trace")
CUDA error: Launch failed in cuParamSetv(cuPathTrace, offset, &d_buffer, sizeof(d_buffer))
CUDA error: Launch failed in cuParamSetv(cuPathTrace, offset, &d_rng_state, sizeof(d_rng_state))
CUDA error: Launch failed in cuParamSeti(cuPathTrace, offset, sample)
CUDA error: Launch failed in cuParamSeti(cuPathTrace, offset, rtile.x)
CUDA error: Launch failed in cuParamSeti(cuPathTrace, offset, rtile.y)
CUDA error: Launch failed in cuParamSeti(cuPathTrace, offset, rtile.w)
CUDA error: Launch failed in cuParamSeti(cuPathTrace, offset, rtile.h)
CUDA error: Launch failed in cuParamSeti(cuPathTrace, offset, rtile.offset)
CUDA error: Launch failed in cuParamSeti(cuPathTrace, offset, rtile.stride)
CUDA error: Launch failed in cuParamSetSize(cuPathTrace, offset)

I get this error randomly after rendering a few frames and sometimes I don’t get this error. I am rendering PNG sequences so I can start again but sometimes I let it rendering overnight and at the morning I realize that I have rendered only a few frames.

I am using Linux Mint , nvidia GTX 660 as GPU and blender2.65

Any help will be very appreciated.

One thing you can do is turn off GPU rendering. Try rendering your scene using only the CPU.
