this is my jack russell remade in a creature comforts style if anyone doesn’t know what creature comforts is it is a show on in the UK where animals made out of clay talk about random things
texture made in photoshop and UV mapped onto the model
i still have to do the ears and put some teeth in and some eyelids i am then going to animate this after i have made the body and hopefully get it on here for you guys to watch

when i started to texture it i couldn’t get the uv mapping to work right and it hasn’t worked right on this model since so it has all had to be mapped by hand so i am doing the body as a seperate object to see if that sloves it

Cool, but i think the mouth needs to be more dog-like. A snout type mouth.
Creature Comforts! That show rocks. My folks sent me a tape of it vi Amazon.com and it had a making of at the end. One thing your picture is missing is the overhanging Forhead or brow over the eyes. Look at the old brown dog charactor to get what I mean. The brow is way to add expression to the charactor.
On the making of section they also mentioned that when they started off modeling the first Creature Comfort charactors, they would move the lips frame by frame, but then they invented a technique where by they replace the mouth with differenct pre-defined expressions, which sounds a lot easyer then tyring to work under that big nose the entire time.

yeah i have the making of it it is on the bonus bits on the dvd i decided to try skinning it than replacing it every time hey i can always restart it ears and teeth should be done for wednesday night cause i finish college at 12 so i will have some time and not be so tired
