Is an i7 4790 (non k) enuf for previewing renders of Cycles ?Also which free cloud renders are good for starters ?
My CPU hit 98 Degreese Celcius on 100% load of the BMW benchmark :’(

If those results are accurate, you should check your cooling. It seems to be not working.
If you have a stock cooler make sure for the fear of blue smoke that you keep those fins clean!
If they are cloged with crap the air will now flow though the fins,
if the air does not flow though the fins it will not take the heat away.
If the heat is not taken away it will collect in your CPU
If the heat collects in your CPU you get crazy temps
When crazy temps finally snap, it lets the smoke out of the CPU
Your CPU is not a smoker, and smoking is bad for your CPU.
