Crease and then smooth brush, the crease disappears

Hi, when I draw a crease with draw sharp and then smooth it with smooth brush, it looks like before, the crease disappears. After inserting the crease, I ran remesh because that often solved the problem. It just doesn’t work here. A higher voxel size is difficult with my hardware. Is it just the resolution, or is there another solution?

Yeah, with that resolution you cannot get a smoothly sculpted crease. Have you tried using dynyopo for that area? Then you wouldn’t need to add more topology for the whole model.
