Got this far, not sure how to make the back portion

Assuming that i m using 2.7x keyboard mapping
so the shortcuts must be different in some use case.

Actually @skuax mini-tutorial is closer on the original design… if you want the armrest more separate then you have to subdivide, edgeslide and extrude a bit more…
