Create the menu with the script

I want to create the menu “Save UV Format”. Because in my Blender this menu is not activaded. I have the script uv_image.py but I don’t know how to create the menu.

Actualy I use another way. Just insert the script at a window text editor. And run your code.
Neverless that your can save the code too.
