Creating 3D logo question

So I have this logo:

I am tracing it with a bezier curve, but I am thinking ahead and wondering how it works when I move across the logo from A to B. The curve crosses itself so how will that turn out when I add depth to it?


any defined “face” can be extruded, and will show up on a “surface” material,

so edges are not rendered unless you use “wire” and verts don’t show unless you do “Halo”

so any non-closed face will not render,

so | will not show up @ all on a “surface” but a closed square will,

Have you set your image to your viewport background?
it makes things much easier…
