creating icons

Hello,
I am trying to create icons for my colleague’s project. However when iam trying to reduce the render size to 16x16 pixels it is getting blurred. if some one can help me, it will be great.

The default AA type is gaussian, try using a different kind that gives a sharper image like mitch or cat-rom.

thanks guys that improved my image sharpness. however i still have some blur to the image. i tried to play around with the aspect ratio and it helped only a little. Is there any thing else i can do.

render the image bigger and reduce the size in other software like the gimp or photoshop?
but this should actually be in the support forum :wink:
