As for the FBI comment, partakers run the risk because many have not been keeping records like they do when they buy and sell using fiat currency (so they may receive charges of tax evasion as a result). As of now, the government is set to require you start keeping track of your crypto dealings for the purpose of taxation (like any business owner does with the USD today).
