Creating Solidworks like reference plane in Object mode (not image plane)

Solidworks can create reference planes (not image plane nor mesh plane) in additional to XY, ZX and ZY. One of its methods of creating preference plane is by select 3 vertices.

Can Blender create mesh plane in object mode using three vertex from other objects in the scene? Or something similar. I want to use the mesh plane as a reference to lock all all control points on that plane.

Yeah you can create a plane and then enter in edit mode and with the help of snap can you repositioning the vertexes on vertex corner of other obj…

That’s how the screenshot was created. I was looking a faster way to do that. Flexi Bezier Tool addon is the answer. Use its snapping vertex tool to create vector bezier and then convert it to mesh, all done in Object mode.
