In brief about the film :
2119 . Century " Stability " . Humanity lives in several major cities , separated from the external environment as a protective barrier . Life outside the city , according to authorities, is impossible, due to lack of vegetation is no oxygen , water , and everything else necessary for life. People live in total submission to the Government and in fear of death are afraid to violate any of the rules.
Former military man, a father of two children , the youngest of death informs them of what life outside the city, contrary to popular belief there . Hearing this, it does not leave the desire to penetrate beyond the barrier and find out if it’s true .
Script has equipment for filming there , there is a premise .
Wanted artists who can draw location because artists for characters missing.
The film will be fully 3D, except the actors themselves . Ie will be used hromokey
