creating vertex groups for use in daz


I am trying to export a clothing model from Blender for rigging in Daz. However the best I can get it to do is to come up with one group that says chest_vest.001_None_texturelayoutvest

I have split the model into two vertex groups. One that says chest and one that says abdomen. Can anyone help me so that I can export this model and have it recognize these two vertex groups, so that I can rig it in Daz?


Ok seems I needed to change export settings to polygroups and keep vert order…
