Alright, it doesn’t help that I do not know HTML…
Anyway, this is very anime-esque, somewhat anthropomorphic, kinda cheesy, done with wacom tablet.
Not too bad. A couple questions before I say anything:

This character has four wings and bear ears, right? Please don’t take this an an insult. If that’s intended, then you did a great job. If that’s not what was intended, then you might have some work to do.
The only thing outside of that is that the legs look a bit awkward… the character is facing us, but the legs look like their facing the right. Erasing the line from the crotch to the waist and adding wrinkle lines would fix that nicely.

That’s an interesting idea. I am personally quite fond of anthropomorphs and anime. One thing I noticed was that the shirt seems a bit oddly proportioned. It seems like parts of it are too big. Otherwise, it looks pretty nice. The wings are decent, as is the flowing hair. I’m sure it would look really cool in color.=)
