Cross-Platfrom Font Loading Problem

I’ve created Blender projects on my Windows PC using fonts in a directory relative to the blender file. When I load the same project under Mac OS X (same directory structure as under Windows) the fonts don’t get loaded. Instead, the built-in font is used (although I can manually load the right font).

Is there any solution to this problem? (Blender version is 2.45)

OK, I found the solution. Searching the forum with “font” and “path” did not reveal useful hints, but “relative”/“absolute” and “path” did. The trick is to enable relative paths when loading a file (not restricted to fonts only).
