I have Blender 2.49, and I was doing a tutorial where it says to switch to Pose Mode. But instead with Ctrl + Tab changes to Weight Paint. Manuallty I dont find Pose Mode in the little window with edit, object, and all the mode. Here’s a screenshot:
You need to select an armature then press ctrl tab, to go into pose mode.
