For those of you who don’t know, it’s a C dev-kit that can compile your codes to run on a nvidia GPU like the geforce 6, 7 and 8 series. And no, it’s not vaporware, i can confirm that that we will see a PUBLIC beta very soon :yes:

I’ve been looking forward to the day they release it for a while now.
i believe the drivers are capable of emulating them in software, so devs can give it a try. Of course cuda will only truly run at its full potential on geforce8 series cards
Ah well, I might get such a card when I upgrade later in the year.
Still, it’s great news that it’s progressing well. It’s something that could make a huge difference to my general programs.
