Cursor issues in Sketbook pro

I have been a commercial artist doing traditional art the old school way…just recently, I purchased sketchbook pro, so I can learn how to draw on my PC.

Its a cool program, but, when i select pen and pencil tools, my cursor becomes a little dot that I cannot see, and find it hard to draw that way. I can click the control button and find it, but that is kind of counter productive to keep clicking it, when I am trying to sketch.

The question I have is, how do you get the pencil to have the cross, like I have seen in many of the tutorial videos.

I appriciate any suggestions and advice from anyone that know how to deal with this.
Thanks

I’ve never used Sketchbook myself, but usually the cursor is set to show the size of the brush being used in programs like this. If you are going to use a tiny brush size I don’t think there is any way around it. There might be options for helping with that though in the programs preferences.

One solution is to reduce the desktop size, and then everything will look bigger, but you will sacrifice workspace doing that.
