Cursor now has a red circle and wont do anything: HELP!

Hi there, I accidentally pressed some button in the UV editing mode and now my cursor has a red circle around it. How do i get it back to normal, i cant do anything until i get it back how it was but CTRL+Z didnt do anything and i’ve tried hitting random button combinations, nothing is working.

In the UVs menu, disable UV Sculpt
