“This problem” being what, the unevenness? I’m thinking it’s a 3D curve. Quick and dirty fix if you don’t need it to be 3D is to make it 2D.

Better fix is using geonodes.

Use like normal Curve-To-Mesh: [image] Without Even-Thickness: [image] With Even-Thickness : [image] Took a lot of work, so hope someone finds it useful.
