Curve to Surface Geometry Nodes

Hi,
I have a draw asset curve GN setup, where the objects instance along the curve…I was hoping to add a feature to somehow toggle between the objects instancing along the curve or within the “bounds” of the curve essentially turning the curve into a surface and have the objects scatter within it.

Is anyone familiar with a GN setup that can make a curve act like a surface and that would be willing to show me that setup please. The other part would be for the objects to recognize or treat it as a surface and scatter onto it.
