Curved bench

Hi guys!

Id like to recreate similar bench-would it be possible CAD precision, ie constant shape and thicknes of a blade, controlling no of elements, distance in between/min or max/ and/or step angle-whatever? Possibly to produce CNC precise and usable data ?
Pls notice the blades are modified by the curves in two projections…

Would anybody advice how to shape such sliced solid with two curves?
One-in plan view, the other-front view ??

  1. How create edge shaping - with lattice or what?
  2. possible tocontrol/preserve constant element thickness and/or distamce between them?

How to keep each upper blade edge ortho - ie NOT aligned to curve ?

Would anybody help with proper approach to such modelling?
Could it be production ready prepared ?
