Curves problem

Hi, I’m having some problems with curves after I tilt the points, I want the curve to be smooth but I get this where the control points are :

Podrías aplicar el modificador y luego hacer con la tecla m borrar los dobles.

Cant check at the moment but i think there is a drop down where you Can set interpolation types.

Got the same result when I tried to tilt curve point today, and cant achieve smooth result even if I increase curve resolution…

only with SDS modifier I was able to get an acceptable result
