I’ve been using Blender for a few years now but only recently have I been rigging with it. Now most of the rigging tools feel intuitive and even very useful except custom bone shapes. So far I’ve found them impractical and a time waster unless I have scripts (the rotate custom bone shape script). But now I seem to be having an issue mirroring them effectively. Is there an easier way to do this? Or am I doomed to a pedantic and tedious method of manually positioning/ rotating custom shapes for everything (even fingers)?
