Custom loading animation

Hi all
I was reading the Blender Publisher UserDoc.pdf about customizing the loading animation, and it point to http://www.blender3d.com/plugin/blend/load.blend a broken link

Anyone has this file or know the right link?I want to take a look on it
Or if someone has a blendfile that do the same thing should be welcome too =]
