Cutting Object from video

I want to cut a object out of a video. I spray painted it green for contrast and took a video and pic of the exact seen behind it without the object. How can I cut out the object and fill in the missing part with the original scene. I’m not sure what this process is called… sorry if it a bit confusing. (I’m trying to learn how to do vfx)

it’s called greenscreen keying

Or more generally it is called chroma keying.

Does your shot move in relation to the green object?
