cycles animation rendering of a complex mesh

Hi, i am setting up an animation of a industrial robot in cycles. The model is a step file meshed in rhino exported to blender as 3ds. The BVH takes almost the whole render time because it is recomputed (2.5 million verts) for every frame. Rendering is done on a gtx580.

The view port can render a changed camera position without going through the process of creating the BVH again and again. Is there some way to render this way?

I am using a 41113 windows build from graphicall.

Same for me. In addition, texture reloading is pain (if texture are BIG). I never find a solution for now.
