Cycles baking multiple computers

since it is possible to distribute cycles rendering task across multiple PCs and gain the execution speed, wondering whether the same applies for baking with Cycles. Is it doable and is it worth the setup?

I would really like to be able to do this too. I wanted to have a lot of maps baked by a renderfarm (Renderstreet), but they could only do renders and animations, no texture baking.
