Cycles baking reflections?

I have played around with cycles baking and what I’ve noticed is that if you want a material to be reflective and say reflect a cube that is above a plane, it doesn’t seem to work very well, you just get a black void underneath the cube in the texture. Also if you have really high specularity I assume you have to rise the samples but it can hardly be called specularity since it’s just white dots all over the texture.

I don’t get it, are there limitations to baking renders for use in real time enviroments?

My bad I had to save the image before I baked stuff to it, that is why the bake went bad.
