Yes, I do so on Linux.
I DL oidn-1.0.0.x86_64.linux.tar.gz, unpack, copy libs and includes to /opt/lib/oidn.
I use cmake-gui to enable and configure and rebuild, it should find the libs.
May you have to copy the libs to your local lib directory, too.
