Guys – here is my plan. I am going to collect blend files with cycles materials and compile them into a single blend file. Then you can append the materials from that one blend file and hopefully save some time.
I will begin at blendswap and download any Cycles blends. If you have any blends with some materials in them and would like to share – please post in the comments below.
