Cycles node setup to emulate vray dirt. Possible?

The majority of my work is architectural visualization e for that i’m trying to emulate vray dirt as showned here:

No luck so far.:spin:
I already know this example from michalis /uploads/default/original/4X/1/5/a/15a498b8787bee9d1943ce43132b56a9c144b3d1.jpgd=1338563525 but it not gives the result I’m after.
Anybody has an idea how to achieve it?

Haven’t done this myself yet, but it might be worth looking into baking ambient occlusion and applying that as a texture
