Cycles Nodes using two different UV coordinates?

In blender, I’m using nodes to setup a makehuman mesh to work in cycles, however when it comes to the alpha maps I’ve been using this tutorial: but with a makehuman mesh the alpha maps use different UV coordinates, to the colour texture. My question is how would I set this up in cycles so that the alpha maps can use the right coordinates without messing up the ones for the image texture?

Use an Attribute node to specify the name of the UV map you want to use
