The one on the right is definitely less distracting. This in only my opinion, but all the grass should have some DoF and the daisies should be more central… I only say that because right now the image looks like it has no real focus. Imagine this being a real photograph, viewing it might cause you to wonder about the importance of the grass being in focus AND centered in the frame (one or the other would probably be just fine). Really you should be focusing on the flowers you spend your effort on. 
draw our eyes to them without the lens flare.
Very nice detail work on the flowers, btw. I really don’t want to make it seem like I’m only being critical. You’ve done a great job compositing and lighting. Thanks for posting your work

I think you can also try to render a version focusing more on flowers because they are very detailed and I think it will look good

Thanks for great hints! Now, when I’m looking at it I definitely think the grass should not be as exposed as the flowers are - will try to handle it somehow or change the background.
