A very nice and effective image. I think that the “solarized” effect of the sky (and thebase of the tree) is particularly effective here. The audience is left in the one place that the audience does not want to be right now!

I’d be interested to know just how you got that “solarized” effect in the sky, with those ragged edges. Because that one thing, to me, is what really “sells the shot.”
