yo guys i have a problem , i used some decals and shrinkwrap on a object , join all of them and baked to low poly object , but the alpha is baking black , can you guys help me , and sorry for my bad english lol
Is there a reason why you connected alpha to Transparent BSDF?

I tested it on blender 3.6 and found nothing wrong.
If you attach the blender file, I’ll check it for you ![]()
i just forgot to disconnect it hahah but it doesn’t matter , it’s the same result
, yes of course , here’s the file with 2 textures ![]()
bake decals.rar (2.9 MB)
According to my experience, you probably need to bake overlapping decals separately and blend / merge the results afterwards.
but even for the non overlaped one, it bakes the alpha in black
Hi,
I have turned off Glossy, Transmission and Emit values under your Bake settings, then I’ve changed your nodes (see screenshot below) for your textureyaourt material:
I’ve increased the Value parameter of Hue/Saturation/Value node from 1.000 to 3.000, in order to make the final bake image to be more brighter than it initially was.
Here’s the result.
I’ve also increased the Margin size value from 16px to 32px in your Bake settings:

P.S. I’ve also increased the size of yaourthigh mesh in order to avoid the black spots after baking.
Here’s your final .blend file anyway:
baking_decals_2.rar (2.8 MB)
P.S. If you would wanted to make your bake image even more brighter, just increase the Value parameter (see screenshot below):

Done in Blender 3.6.2
Hope that helps
Cheers,
Sergey
yes that’s very very cool ; but that’s not i’m trying to do , i’m trying to bake all of this to a low poly version of the object ; you see on the right corner yaourt lowpoly , i’m trying to bake all the decals that i joined on the high poly version , so selected to active ; i know that’s works but it’s not what i’m trying to do
i have already that image , i used it for put some decals
Sorry, but I don’t have what you have. All my textures are comes with transparent background. I don’t see anything wrong.
here’s on your screenshot , there’s a low poly version ? right ? i want to bake the textures of the other object to this one , so i do selected to active , difuuse uncheck direct and indirect and only bake color , problem is that’s alpha get black after baked , maybe my english is so shit i know but that’s should be understable ?
bake decals.rar (2.9 MB)
here i reupload the file you just have to click bake
yes it “transparent” but it’s the same , do you know how to make it work directly ?
What do you mean by saying “directly”?
no transparent no black around the stickers , just like in the viewport
They aren’t black, they are transparent ones, in fact.
Anyway, check your Image at first, open it in the image editor (Photoshop or whatever) and check from there. Maybe you have those transparent parts by default?
