deformation when switching between edit and object mode

I am new at this, I made a penquin and then one day it deformed when I switched to object mode, I added bones and even they deformed, busted apart. Yet in edit mode everything looks great. Can anybody help?


I’ve had this problem before. I can’t for the life of me think how I fixed it, but if resetting all the transform properties (press Nkey) to 0 didn’t work it would have involved re-building the object from scratch. :spin:
