Delete, Copy, Paste, and Quit

Delete, Copy (Ctrl+C), and Paste (Ctrl+V) all have confirmation steps, yet they can all be Undone.

Quit has no confirmation step (From File and the Windows close button), but cannot be Undone, thereby losing your work.

  1. Is there a way to turn off the confirmation dialogs for steps that can be undone?
  2. Is the issue of no confirmation on quitting with unsaved work being tracked?

File -> User Preferences -> Interface Tab -> Click “Prompt Quit”

Blender will ask you if you want to quit if you have unsaved changes.

I’m obviously a newbie with Blender, and thanks for the prompt and thorough responses!

I come from an experienced Maya background, and although I was jolted by the Blender UI, I’m learning slowly, but surely with the default keys.
