This is an old project from 2018, on which I worked again recently to correct some issues.
I made corrections on the anatomy, using the improved sculpting features of Blender 2.8, and made also a new lighting setup in Cycle.

That’s pretty slick. Would make a great wallpaper. The reflections off the horns look almost internal, like firey incandescence.

I used a metallic shader for the horn, and added a glow effect in Photoshop, which probably gives the impression of incandescence then.
