oh and BTW i have about 1000 songs on my playlist, yes i own the cd to each, and yes they have all been encoded losslessly meaning they take up 30Gb
so yeah thats my desktop OooOooooOo
now everyone knows where to hack to et my passwords from my .txt files LOL

Oh yeah. There’s not much point in me posting my desktop shot here because if you’ve seen Windows 98’s theme at default, you’ve already seen mine. It’s sort of depressing…
The deskop image change about 2 times a week. I took some games out the game map. Cleanup wizard? Whats that??!! (On a 1024x768)

My desktop… clear (well actually, its one of my desktops that I cleared off, but that’s a mere technicality, right?)!

I run xfce most of the time, with the occasional fluxbox for speed.

It’s still nice… although, like Eric, I’m still waiting for e17. However e16 has had the most development done to it in the last few months than in a long time. I’m not big on the desktop environment thing, so E more than suits my needs.

bit of a pitty coz one of our computer labs at univeristy has about 24 computers the same as yours (excpet with 1Gb ram rather than 512, but they were dual 1Ghz just as yours is)
well thats only the second best computer lab we have,( the better one is brand new and kick arse, i woudn’t be suprised if the new one is dual G5’s), but the thing is i don’t know if its mac’s, if its the dual 1Ghz, or if its the university network but they were as slow as a constipated dog taking a crap. took me minutes to open a reasonable size PSD file when my pc of similar specs (but only single CPU) does it in a few secs.
but other than that i do love your desktop, very nice and stylish.
i do however think your icons on the side are a little overkill though LOL
