Hello. Moguri’s recently finished and committed a multi-platform runtime publishing add-on. A link to a wiki page explaining a bit about it can be found on that page. You’ll need a recent build of Blender (i.e. build it yourself or download a BuildBot build) to have the add-on. You could also just view the add-on as a raw diff and then download it from that page (I think). This add-on will replace the existing Save Game Engine Runtime add-on.
