Ok, I tested my dial-up connection speed and it came up 908 kbs. Is this even possible or is what I used to test the speed flawed. This is what I used to test it http://tech.msn.com/products/speedtest.aspx
looks like it could be a bug on the test. It guessed very close to my actual speed [it said 650 kilobits]
