Where does it tell me the actual diameter of the yellow loop selected on the sphere ?
for example its 3.5cm.

Where does it tell me the location of the blue square ?
for example its 2.3cm +Z .5cm+Y 00cm X.

You can use the MeasureIt addon that comes with Blender for that.

You mean the blue cube? That can be seen if you expand the menu by pressing on the little arrow in the top right of your viewport.

I was really trying to avoid using another app as a reference, but its the only way I know how to show you what I’m asking.

I’m looking for the coordinance box in Blender or a plug in.
the coordinance box will tell me where a mesh ,polygon ,line ,dot is.
I can type in size scale rotation for a mesh ,polygon ,line ,dot is.

( I also recognize Cinema 4D. I used it for years before blender. )
