Just found out I hadn’t done any checkerboard thingie with Blender’s Raytracer. So here goes:
A little grain added in photoshop but that’s all.
Somehow boring. Add there a whole lot of lights (at least two more (fill and backlight)) and this might get interesting. Right now it misses a lot of contrast and mood.
I agree, this scene is kind of dull. maybe a vampire or something would liven it up. or anything robotic…with a laser blaster cannon!
Yeah, a vampire! This scene definietly needs a vampire 
not to be picky, but where are the shadows ? right now i can’t tell wether the dice float in mid air, or rest on the checkerboard. :-?
well, you can tell a bit by the reflection
