Difference between regular and VS experimental builds

I’ve been using buildbot builds for some time now but never figured out the meaning of the ‘Experimental VS’ builds. What are they?

Hi, Official build are build with older Microsoft compiler VS 2008, Experimental are build with VS 2015.
Experimental should be a bit faster, not much other difference further.
