Diffrent image textures for diffrent materials

so i diffrent parts of my building to have diffrent materials that have diffrent image textures but i already tried assigning diffrent images to the material but when i try to bake the textures it renders one whole image texture like this:



So for example i want the Window_Top material to have image texture that i named texture like this



Is it Possible to do this? or did i just missed a step on how to assign diffrent image texture to diffrent materials and when i tried to render it it looks all black even though theres a light source

Why have you those three textures on one material. How are they being blended together ?
