direct light Cycles

I’ve tried different ways but none worked,Anyone know how to direct light

There is a label Direct Light in the Integrator setting. Or you mean the direction of a light.
AS spots are not supported it is only going this way.

Just a note, set Integrator Max Bounces to 0 and use only point or environment light, better single one, you get 1:1 phong model as BI, absolutely noise free from first sample (pass), except anti aliasing. If you have more then 1 light source, Cycles start jittter between many lights and you get some noise.
Edit:
You need to delete all lights except one, not set their color/strength to 0! Cycles still jitter between that “black lights”, we must optimise it someway.
