Disable rotation of streaks in Glare node with camera rotation?

Is there a way in the compositor to get the streaks added to bright objects (stars here) using the glare node to stay at a set angle in the scene, rather than maintain the angle that the camera is at?

I have an astrophotograph, where I have stars with diffraction spikes in the image already and I always like some rotation in my camera animation, but the image stars will stay fixed obviously whereas composited streaks on 3D stars will move which will look weird, so I’d like composited streaks to remain static.

I don’t know the specific issue because I don’t have any other information, but the Glare node is to apply a filter over the rendered image.
Control such as 3D space is not possible.

You can use Addon to create a lens flare effect. (Paid)

I think there will be free or other Addons. Search for it
For free, it can only work with older blender versions.

Thank you, someone on Stack pointed out to me that the angle can be animated, so that solves the problem.
