Disabled setting on Add Primitives

Hi I just found issue and Im not sure if it is problem only for the current “newest build”
Blender 2.69.10 Cycles + OSL 69fb332

or UI bug.

When you try to ADD PRIMITIVE the initial setting (edges, size, etc) is disabled. Do you see it?

I don’t see it. Never did.
